The staff were extremely friendly. The location was superb. The accomadation was first class with very comfortable beds. and nearby parking safe and secure. Definatley worth a return visit.

We were staying in nearby apartment for Gamesconvention. Location of the hotel and the apartment was excellent. Koelnmesse was only few minutes walk from our apartment. Owner of the hotel was very helpful and friendly. He showed us surroundings and hotspot around Cologne. We looking forward to return for next year!

The hotel is really quaint with exceptionally nice and accommodating staff. the breakfast includes local foods like bread, cereal, and pastries. Stay here for a delightful experience during your trip to Cologne.

Location is excellent. You can park your car in underground parking next to the appartment and leave it there for 15 Eu. Once there, you can visit pretty much everything in the old Köln.

Our appartment could have been more furnished: The washing maching was run down and we didn't dare using it. There was no microwave and couldn't find how to use the stove. One would expect to feel more like home in an appartment but it was like an old hotel room.

We had one of their apartments (2 room) which was very spacious and convenient for our young family. Location was outstanding.

The apartment was in a different building than the hotel which was awkward for check-in/out and made us wonder a bit about security, but they were very helpful in getting us setup and had no problems during our stay.

The hotel corresponds its 3*** stars. This is a good choice for 1-2 nights. Our apartments Hayk 1 were old-furnished, relatively clean and big. There are an electric oven, refrigerator and some kitchen equipment. The hotel is located in a tourist zone of Cologne, where restaurants work all the night. There are understandable pluses and minuses in it. Staff is helpful, and the owner Vladimir is a very nice person. We highly appreciate his help and hospitality. Nb! It is preferable to pay in cash if your bank is not in a Euro zone, because a penalty ~ 5% of the sum is applied due to banks’ transfer even if your card is in Euro. информация для соотечественников: платите наличными, иначе банки снимут с вас больше, даже если ваша карта изначально в евро (при оплате 210 евро нам накрутили ещё 12 евро сверху - до сих пор разбираемся, как же так вышло). если бы не любезность хозяина отеля, просто вернувшего нам разницу, - осадок остался бы неприятный.

Microwave and washing machine are absent. Some more tea-cups are needed (we have found only one).

Spacious rooms with a view of the river, very friendly staff, and a great selection of local cuisine make this place a great stay.

The room was big and airy with essentials, a bathroom, and a fridge. Everything was 10/10, and the staff were accommodating. -the location was great, right on the riverside, making it convenient to go everywhere.

I really enjoyed my stay in this hotel. It is a peaceful and quiet place. The staff is very helpful and friendly. I had a cosy room overlooking the river called Rhine. This was my first but for sure not my last stay in this hotel. Great!
